Article spécial pour un épisode spécial : le 6x17
Tout simplement parce que c'est le plus bel épisode de la saison 6 pour LP, parce que la réaction qu'a eu Lucas pour Peyton est le type de réaction que j'attendais de sa part depuis la saison 5, parce que les scènes LP sont horriblement tristes mais magnifiquement belles, parce que chaque paroles de LP prononcées dans cet épisode vaut de l'or. ♥ Lucas: "You know there is a rule about letting pregnant women lie?"
Lucas: "Is that lie as in sleep, or as in of course you're the baby's father"
Lucas: "No, it's in sleep, but that too"
Lucas: "Hehe, well you are going to feel really bad about that when you see my surprise"
Peyton: "Oh really"
Lucas: "Mhmmm um"
Peyton: "Is the surprise have anything to do with the reason you didn't come to bed last night?"
Lucas: "Maybe, ready to have your world rocked?"
Peyton: "Not so much"
Lucas: "Oh your morning sickness again?"
Peyton: "Yeah sure, owwwww"
Lucas: "Peyton Peyton"
Peyton: "Owwww"
Lucas: "Peyton, you ok?"
Lucas: "Let's get you to bed; the doctor said you need to take it easy"
Peyton: "I want to see the surprise"
Lucas: "That's not a good idea"
Peyton: "I want to see it"
Lucas: "Peyton?"
Peyton walks in
Lucas: "Like you said this is our house now"
Peyton: "It's beautiful"
Peyton picks up baby shirt
(cries)
Lucas: "Peyton?"
Peyton: "I'm just gonna need a minute"
Luke punches wall
Luke walks in and finds Peyton sitting on the couch.
Lucas: "We haven't even picked out names yet"
Peyton: "I was thinking Anna, Anna for a little girl after my mom."
Lucas: "Come on, don't don't"
Peyton: "Or maybe um, Sawyer for a boy, Sawyer Scott"
Lucas: "We need to take a couple of days and process this ok?'
Peyton: "Oh god, when I think about all the time I thought maybe I didn't want a baby. Like I couldn't handle it"
Lucas: "Peyton, it doesn't work like that. The universe doesn't punish you for being afraid"
Peyton: "I know, I know but I can't do it...”
Lucas: "Listen the doctor..."
Peyton: "I know what he said"
Lucas: "You have this Baby, you could die"
Peyton: "It doesn't matter; I am going to have this baby"
Peyton cleans dishes in the kitchen, Luke walks in.
Lucas: "The doctor didn't say something could happen to you, he said there was a very good chance. Peyton he said would could lose the baby anyway, you know?"
(Kiss)
Peyton: "We don't have to make this decision now, ok? We could take a couple of days before we go back in"
Peyton: "...For an abortion"
Lucas: "That's not what the doctor called it!"
Peyton: "That's what it is!"
Lucas: "Look, nobody is gett..."
Peyton: "That's what it is!!" (Breaks plate)
Lucas: "Ok, if you would like to talk about it, call it what it is"
Peyton: "How could this happen in a month?"
Lucas: "I had some pain early in the pregnancy"
Peyton: "Why didn't you tell me that?"
Lucas: "Because I didn't want you to worry, and they said it was nothing"
Peyton: "This isn't nothing"
Lucas: "Maybe it is"
Peyton: "What does that mean?"
Lucas: "That means what ever happens, happens"
Peyton: "That is really selfish, you know that?"
Lucas: "Excuse me?"
Lucas: "Ok, fine! You want me to be the bad guy, fine! We'll call it what you want, but if continuing this pregnancy means I lose you, then we end it"
Peyton: "It's not an it! Luke this is our baby! Alright! You saw its heart beat, and its little tiny fingers and its toes."
Lucas: "Stop it!!"
Peyton: "No I am not going to stop it, I want you to think about it ok?!!"
Lucas: "Then we will try again, ok? We can adopt ok? If your parents never would have adopted we never would have met"
Peyton: "I know, honey and I love you for that.
Peyton: "but This little life inside of me...it's you and it's me. And I want him to have your goofy squint, and her to have my chickeny legs"
Lucas: "I don't need this kid to look like me. I don't care about that; I care about this child growing up without a mother. Look what it did to you?"
Peyton: "You are really trying to guilt me into this"
Lucas: "Hell, Yes I am. And it is exactly what I am going to do, if in the end, it keeps you alive"
Peyton: "You are such a dick"
Lucas: "Then fine, I'm a dick"
Peyton walks in the baby's room and sees Luke taking things off the wall.
Peyton: "What are you doing?"
Lucas: "It was too soon"
Peyton: "Stop it! Lucas Eugene Scott if you don't stop it I will beat your ass!"
Lucas: "You sound like a mom"
Peyton: "I am a mom"
Lucas: "A while back I had a dream, that something happened to you. It got me to thinkin about my life without you, and I...I"
Peyton: "Honey"
Lucas: "No, I can't live that life, I can't"
Lucas: "You talk about how I am always saving you Peyton, and I can't save you from this"
Peyton: "You can't think like that ok, will you just please think of all the stuff you and I have survived together, I mean car crashes and bullet wounds, and psychos. Are we really gonna let some doctor lay odds on us? and ok, even if something does happen to me, you're gonna be ok. You can raise this baby on your own, just like your mom did."
Lucas: "And how am I supposed to feel about the child that took you away from me?"
Peyton: "God, I don't worry about that for a second because you're not that person. and you will never, ever, ever be on your own you have Nathan, and Haley, and Brooke...and just think about all that sexy Jake Jageoski single dad tail you are going to rake in (laugh)"
Lucas: "Not funny"
Peyton: "I'm sorry, it's not funny because I would haunt your ass to make sure you never had sex again (laugh)"
Lucas: "How can you joke about this?"
Peyton: "cause I'm scared. I mean you are the one who taught me to believe in fate, I mean that is what the Comet is all about right? Accepting your fate"
Lucas: "How can this be fate?"
Peyton: "Maybe it is, maybe the whole point, of you and me and every single moment we have shared together has just been leading us here. Maybe. You and I were meant to create this life, cause maybe this life is going to change the world."
Lucas: "I can't except that our story doesn't have a good ending"
Peyton: "Our story already has the greatest ending, no matter what...cause we're together"
(Hug)
Lucas: "I need to know we are making the right choice"
Peyton: "ow"
Lucas: "What?!"
Peyton: "Come here, come here sit down I'll call an ambulance"
Peyton: "No, no, no wait. He's kicking hard, do you feel that?"
Lucas: "Yeah"
Peyton: "Hey, it is ok for you to love this baby. Doesn't mean you don't love me"
Lucas: "I can't live without you Peyton"
Peyton: "Oh honey, you don't have to and you're not going to, I know it, I can feel it. We are going to live happily ever after. All three of us"
Next Scene: Luke and Peyton lying on the floor of the baby's room.
Lucas: "It scares me Peyton"
Peyton: "It'll be ok"
Lucas: "And what if it's not?"
Peyton: "It will be, we are going to dance at this kid's wedding. And we're going to spoil our grandkids together, I know it. I am doing this, I am having this baby"
(Luke touches her stomach)
Lucas: "No. We're having this baby"
